Exhibited at Homo Faber 2024 | September 1 to September 30, 2024 in Venice

Founded in Kyoto in 1555, Chiso has been a pioneer in creating the beauty of Japan through various products, including Kyo Yuzen dyeing textiles, fashion, and gifts. This time, we are pleased to announce that our work will be exhibited at “Homo Faber 2024,” which will take place from September 1 to September 30, 2024, on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice.
“Homo Faber” is an international exhibition organized by the Michelangelo Foundation. It is designed to celebrate craftsmanship through displays curated by some of the world's leading authorities in crafts and design.
The overarching theme for Homo Faber 2024 is “The Journey of Life.” Art directors, Luca Guadagnino and Nicolò Rosmarini, will explore the craftsmanship behind objects that accompany life’s most precious moments through ten thematic exhibitions held throughout the Fondazione Giorgio Cini.
Chiso's work will be featured in the section titled “5: Courtship and Union.”
